Proceeds will go to the Bursary Fund.

"Ken Lavigne, son-in-law of our classmate
Jamie Stephen, is an incredible
singer who has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York. He will be in
North
Vancouver on March 27th to sing at St. Andrews Church (1044 St. Georges) at
7:30 p.m.
A fellow grad, Phyllis Cook (McNeil) wanted to pass on this information to
the Class of '65 and recommend that you go to hear Ken sing."

11am to 5 pm @ the Old School Site in North Van. This is separate from the class of 65 Reunion in Sept 2010.

Meetings with other year Grad Committees have shown an interest in participating in an All Grad Year 100th Birthday Centennial celebration.

This is not a Class Reunion
as some thought, it is a meeting to set a Committee for a Day
Event to celibate the 100th birthday of the School.
e.g. Picnic or Luncheon or
Dinner in
the Gym.
We would like to see two reps from each year or group of years
represented if possible because of limited meeting room space.
Those on Classmates. com can contact those within their own year
and send your Rep's.
The meeting at Cheers is limited seating so send a class Rep to
the meeting not the class as a group. Cheers is open to the
public so it is a good place to mingle until the meeting is over
and your rep could report.
Be creative and work together.

On Jan. 7th, 2010 - 7:00 PM @ "Cheers" Restaurant in North Van there will be a meeting of those interested in getting a Committee of sorts started to celebrate the 100th and Centennial Anniversary of the first graduating class North Van High 1910. Rresustls will be posted ASAP.
